tbh id be careful chasing every rumor that pops up on those sites. sony usually drops stuff when they want, not when the leakers say. if youre looking at the 2024 to 2025 window, just keep a few things in mind:

• dont rush into the first batch of any new body. sony tends to iron out bugs in the first few months, unlike canon where you usually get a more finished product right out the gate.
• be wary of the smaller compact bodies if you do heavy video. you might want to consider the heat management issues that usually pop up before the first firmware fix.
• make sure to check if the new features actually matter for your workflow. switching or upgrading just for a marginal sensor bump is a money pit. i would suggest holding off until early 2025 to see if the flagship updates actually materialize. sony is way more unpredictable with their roadmap than nikon lately...
