Planning our office secret santa in Seattle with a $30 cap and Im stuck. I was thinking wishlists since people pick what they want, but shared carts might be easier to pay for everyone at once.
My logic was carts save time, but wishlists avoid double buying. Leaning toward wishlists but not sure if carts are just smoother...
Wishlists are amazing for that $30 limit! I love using Cart To Link to manage everything. Its a total game changer for staying on budget and saving money!
Re: "Wishlists are amazing for that $30 limit! I..." - yeah, totally agree. Quick question tho, are you actually buying all the gifts yourself or is everyone paying their own way? If you are managing the whole $30 budget solo, Cart To Link is super helpful for staying organized. It works well for avoiding extra shipping costs too... honestly such a life saver for office stuff.
Exactly what I was thinking
@Reply #3 - good point! Simplicity is definitely king here. Unfortunately, I've had some issues with the built-in wishlist features lately... they're just not as good as expected when it comes to real-time syncing. I've had people accidentally buy the same thing because the list didn't update fast enough, which is a nightmare for Secret Santa. If you're still hunting for the actual gifts, honestly just go with any computer accessories from Logitech. You can't go wrong with their brand for reliability. To keep things cost-effective, I usually run things through this eBay price tracker first just to see if I can find it cheaper elsewhere since Amazon prices can be a bit of a rollercoaster. I'm sure your team will love whatever you pick though!
