> Seems there will be no price drop on Sony a6700. To add to the point above: honestly its ridiculous how these companies treat us now. I remember when Black Friday actually meant deep discounts, not just some crappy bundle with a slow SD card and a cheap bag you will never use. Drives me crazy that they launch a body and then refuse to budge on the price even during the biggest shopping season of the year. Its such a scam how real deals have basically gone extinct for the newer gear. I am super satisfied with my own setup, dont get me wrong, and the tech works well for what I do, but the pricing is just getting out of hand for everyone else. Companies just dont care about making things affordable for the hobbyist anymore, they just want to squeeze every cent out of the early adopters. Its kinda frustrating to watch the market go this way... basically feels like we are being punished for wanting the latest specs. Ngl, it makes me miss the old days when you could actually snag a bargain without jumping through hoops.
