Im moving into my new place in early July and need a TV ASAP. Stuck between the LG C6 and that Sony Bravia 8 but my budget is strictly $1200 so I'm cutting it close. Do you think we're gonna see crazy record low prices for OLEDs this Prime Day or should I just pull the trigger now?

Honestly, wait. In my experience, July brings the first real price cuts. I've tracked these cycles for years and remember saving three hundred bucks on my first OLED just by waiting for the July sales. Youre gonna see the LG C6 55-inch 4K OLED hit that $1200 sweet spot. The Sony Bravia 8 OLED 55-inch might stay higher tho... Sony is always stingy.

@Reply #1 - good point! July is for sure the time to buy. Honestly tho, I was pretty disappointed with that Sony BRAVIA 8 55-inch 4K OLED when I saw it. Just not as good as expected for the price.
- Samsung S90D 55-inch 4K QD-OLED
- Colors are incredible but unfortunately lacks Dolby Vision support.
- LG C6 55-inch 4K OLED
- Great for gaming but the stand feels kinda flimsy. Definitely wait for the sales!
