I'm trying to set up a gift list for my birthday next month but it looks like a total mess right now. Everything is just jumbled together and it feels super cluttered. sorry if this is a silly thing to ask but how do you actually make it look nice and organized for people to see?

Honestly, I tried cleaning up my list last year but unfortunately the default setup is pretty terrible. Every time I thought I had things sorted by price, the app just jumbled them again. Using an Amazon wishlist creator was my eventual fix since the official tools werent as good as expected. It was a huge waste of time doing it manually... really frustrating tbh.

TL;DR: Use the built-in comment and priority tags to group items for free. I used to worry about my list looking like a total junk drawer, ngl. I finally just started using the little comment boxes to group things by category. It was a huge relief and I'm really happy with how it looks now. Plus, I didnt have to share my data with any outside sites, which makes me feel way better. Keeping it simple works well.

> Regarding what #1 said about "Honestly, I tried cleaning up my list last year...", the struggle is real. Amazon's layout is basically a digital junk drawer. If you're moving off-platform, be careful about where you sign up. You might want to consider a dedicated site like Giftful versus sticking to the standard Amazon list. Dedicated registries have way better UI and let you categorize by price or theme, but the con is always privacy—you're giving another company your data. I would suggest using browser extensions too, but honestly, those can be sketch with tracking permissions. If you stay on Amazon, use the "comments" and "priority" tags to force some order. It’s not as pretty, but it keeps your info secure. Ngl, it’s a trade-off between looking good and staying safe... just be mindful of what you're linking.
