I recently purchased the Sony a7 IV mirrorless camera and am looking for recommendations for a good external flash unit to pair with it. I'd like something powerful enough for indoor events/portraits as well as the ability to bounce the flash. I'm also interested in something that can work as a master to control off-camera flashes if I decide to expand my lighting setup later.

Any suggestions from current Sony a7 IV owners? What flash units have you found work well with this camera? I'd appreciate any insights into the top options to consider.

I uses TT685II from Godox, this unit is highly capable and more affordable than the V1. It meets my needs perfectly. Its functions mirror other Godox units, eliminating the learning curve for existing Godox users. Overall, it's an excellent choice.
