Seriously which vertical cooling stands actually work for both the original PS5 and the new Pro model? Ive been a PlayStation guy since the PS2 days and usually never bother with these extra cooling gadgets because they are mostly junk but my current setup in my media cabinet is getting way too hot lately. I just snagged a Pro and its running way louder than my launch unit ever did.
I am in Arizona so my game room is basically a furnace and I really need to get some airflow moving before something melts. I got about 60 bucks to spend but I dont want something that sounds like a jet engine or just blows dust into the intakes. Just need something reliable that wont brick my new console...

Unfortunately most stands are junk. Had issues with generic ones.

Building on the earlier suggestion, in my experience stands often recirculate heat in cabinets. Ive found these budget alternatives work much better:

Whoa, wait up! I love the energy for stands but honestly even the priciest one is gonna struggle if that cabinet doesnt vent well. Youre basically making a console sauna lol. Quick question though, is your cabinet back open or solid? Also, are you able to leave the door open while gaming? Just wanna make sure you dont waste your 60 bucks on something that wont actually fix the heat soak!
