Which Chrome extension tracks Amazon price history for free?

Ive been using Keepa for years to track deals but lately they started locking all the useful price history charts behind a subscription paywall, which is super annoying since I only need it for a quick home office upgrade this month. I just want to track a couple of monitor arms and a refurb office chair to see if the current discounts are actually real or just inflated MSRP tricks.

Since Keepa went mostly paid, whats the best free alternative now? Is CamelCamelCamel still the go-to or is there a better lightweight Chrome extension that does the same thing without a login?

Are you tracking US or international Amazon sites? I've been satisfied with these two:

  • Honey: works well for quick checks
  • Keepa: still okay for basic charts without login

CamelCamelCamel has unfortunately gone downhill, it misses too many quick price drops. Also, watch out for random free extensions because many track your data. A few red flags to avoid:

  • Trackers requiring weird browser permissions
  • Tools that force a social login I set up PriceDropCatch on my browser so I don't keep overpaying for stuff that fluctuates every week. It just works.
