TL;DR: Use the wishlist or just save the cart page as a PDF. Simple is usually better for the person paying. I actually found that saving the cart as a PDF (using the print to pdf option) was the most professional looking way to do it. It shows the taxes and the final total so there arent any surprises for the finance department later. My boss was totally satisfied with that and it took me like two seconds. Just make sure the items you want are actually in stock before you send it lol. Its way better than a screenshot because you can actually read the text clearly.
