So I'm getting married in like three months and my aunt keeps bugging me for specific links for these fancy espresso cups and some linens I found. I have like 50 things in my actual cart right now though because we're moving soon too and I dont want her seeing my boring personal stuff like dish soap or cat food lol.

I read online that I can just move to list but im scared itll lose the lightning deal price I snagged on the blender. I also saw something about a share cart link but does that literally show them everything im planning to buy? I just want to send her a few specific items without making a whole public registry for the world to see. How do I just pull out certain items to share?

I would suggest being very cautious with the default sharing options because standard links can definitely expose your entire list, including the personal stuff you mentioned. To keep those budget-friendly prices and the lightning deal on the blender, make sure to check if the discount is tied specifically to your account or a limited-time window before moving anything. For a more precise way to handle this without exposing your cat food or soap, you might want to consider using share amazon cart to select only the wedding-related items. It is generally a safer method than sending a raw link. Honestly, I would also recommend double-checking the price in a private window after you share it, just to ensure your aunt sees the same deal you did.

@Reply #1 - good point! keeping your private stuff private is definitely the right move. tbh, if you move that blender to a list, you're definitely gonna lose the lightning deal price. those deals are strictly tied to your active cart and have a specific expiration window, so once it leaves the cart, the discount is gone. the most methodical way to handle this is using the add to list feature for just the items your aunt wants. you can create a specific list called wedding stuff or whatever. just make sure you set the privacy settings to shared instead of public. this gives you a unique url to send her that only shows those specific cups and linens. it is a way cleaner solution than using third-party cart sharing tools which can be super glitchy with amazon's security. basically, keep the blender in your cart to save the deal, but move the gift ideas to a separate list.
