Amazon Business doesnt support one shared cart for multiple logins. Instead, assistants add items to their own cart and then submit them for your review via the Approval Workflow. Its a pretty decent system for managing office supplies. I read a detailed guide about setting this up on Smartphone Board recently and it worked perfectly for our team. You just need to assign the Requisitioner role to your assistants.
