Which wall mount works best for all Sony TV models?

Honestly I am so fed up with these universal wall mounts that claim they work for every single TV under the sun because they just dont. I just dropped a small fortune on a 65 inch Sony Bravia—it was the A80K for those wondering—and I have been trying to get this thing off my living room floor for three days now. Im in Seattle and my new apartment has these super specific studs and I already bought two different mounts from Amazon that said they were compatible but guess what?? One of them completely blocked the power cord and the other one made the TV sit way too high because Sony puts their mounting holes so low on the back of the panel compared to like Samsung or LG.

Its driving me crazy. I have to be moved in and settled by next Thursday because I have family coming over and I really dont want them seeing my $1800 TV propped up on a cardboard box. Does Sony make their own mount or is there a brand that actually understands how their chassis is designed? My budget is around 150 bucks but honestly at this point id pay a bit more if it meant I didnt have to take the TV down for a fourth time. It feels like every time I find a mount the universal spacers are either too long or too short and the bolts that come in the box never fit the Sony threads quite right.

I just want something that wont cover the HDMI ports because I have a PS5 and an Apple TV that need to be plugged in and the way Sony recesses those ports is a nightmare for most brackets. Is there one specific mount that is known for working across the whole Sony lineup without these stupid clearance issues? Like is Sanus actually better for this or is there some hidden Sony brand mount I should be looking for instead of these cheap ones? Or am I just stuck with this weirdly low VESA placement struggle forever...

Regarding what #1 said about "Unfortunately most universal mounts are a nightmare for..." - it is definitely a struggle with those low VESA holes. To save some cash, look at the ECHOGEAR Tilting TV Wall Mount EGLT2. Its a decent option that handles the A80K weight and low placement without blocking those recessed HDMI ports. It usually runs way under your 150 budget too. Good luck with the family visit, youll get it sorted!

Unfortunately most universal mounts are a nightmare for Sony TVs since the holes are so low. I had issues with ports getting blocked, so definitely stick to Sonys own mounting hardware.
