After several weeks of study, I planning to get the Sony a7C II for my first gear. So in this Black Friday & Cyber Monday season, will there be any great deals on a7c II?

Sony hasn't announced their Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals on a7CII, so just wait, or you can always check store like Amazon, B&H Photo Video for best deals.
