For sports photography on Sony, I highly recommend the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II. It's lightning-fast AF is perfect for tracking athletes, and the f/2.8 aperture lets you shoot in lower light conditions. While expensive, it's basically the gold standard for sports shooting. The 70-200mm range is also incredibly versatile for both indoor and outdoor sports.
