I am trying to reorganize my gaming setup because I am moving into a really small studio in London next month and desk space is basically non-existent. I need to get both my PS4 Pro and my brothers standard PS4 into vertical positions to make room for my dual monitor setup.
I did some digging and saw the official Sony ones are basically impossible to find for a decent price now. Then I looked at those third-party ones with the built-in cooling fans, but I read a few threads saying the fans are noisy and can actually mess with the internal airflow or just push dust in. I dont want to fry my Pro just to save a few inches. Are there any simple, sturdy stands that are actually reliable and wont tip over if I bump the desk?
Unfortunately, finding decent gear without getting ripped off is getting harder lately. I had issues with those multi-function docks before... they basically just rattle and trap heat. If youre on a budget, look for the Younik Vertical Stand for PS4 Slim and Pro since its a simple, solid base. Its way cheaper than official ones and keeps things steady without the extra noise. Just shout if you need help finding one.
Agree with that, simple is better. Honestly just search some ps4 subreddits for budget stands, people post links to cheap ones that work all the time and save you a few quid.
