Just upgraded to the PS5 Pro and looking for headphone recommendations. Currently using basic earbuds, but want something that'll do justice to the enhanced audio capabilities. Wireless preferred, but open to wired options if the quality difference is significant. Budget around $200, but flexible for something truly exceptional. Comfort for long sessions is essential. What are you all using with your PS5 Pro? Any models to avoid? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

To add to the point above: those are both solid picks, but honestly you dont even need to hit that 200 dollar ceiling to get amazing sound. Im super satisfied with my setup and it cost way less than that. If you want to keep your wallet happy, i would say:
- just get any mid-range SteelSeries headset
- look at the wireless stuff from Razer
- check out the cheaper Turtle Beach options Basically any of those big names will play nice with the PS5 Pro 3D audio features. Ive been using a basic pair for a while now and no complaints here. They are comfy enough for those 5-hour sessions and the battery usually lasts longer than i do... so yeah, dont overthink it too much! Just grab whatever is on sale from a big brand and you will be set.

HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless has been my go-to. The 300-hour battery life is not an exaggeration - I charge it maybe once a month. Sound is excellent for both games and movies if you use your PS5 Pro as a media center too. Around $200 so right at your budget cap.

Been using the Sony Pulse 3D headset with my PS5 Pro and honestly can't recommend it enough. Perfect integration with the console, great 3D audio, and battery life is solid at around 12 hours. Stays comfortable during marathon sessions too. Bonus: it looks like it was made for the PS5. At $99, it's well under your budget.
