• Improved rolling shutter performance
• Possibility for 4K 60fps recording (though 4K 120fps might be uncertain due to thermal management)
• Latest AI autofocus and AI autoframing
• Use of the FZ100 battery
• Better ergonomics
• 4K 30 streaming via USB-C

I think most specs should be accurate.

my guess:

• It would be a compact interchangeable lens mirrorless camera aimed at vlogging/video
• It may have improved video features like better autofocus, higher resolution, etc. over the previous model
• Likely has a flip-out/articulating rear LCD screen to allow framing yourself while recording video

I guess ZV-E10 II will use a6700's sensor

For this price range, no other camera offers IBIS, so don't expect this feature on ZV-E10 II. 🤐 

Highly doubt Sony will announce ZV-E10 II in Mid May. 🤔 🤔 🤔
