Your cart isnt stored in the URL... its tied to your specific session ID and local browser storage. If you just copy the address bar link, she will just see her own empty cart or her own items. In my experience, you have to be careful because:

• Wish lists are buggy with real-time price updates and often hide items if the privacy settings arent perfect.
• Screenshotting is just cruel for the person who has to manually search 15 different kitchen tools.
• Most extensions are definitely a privacy risk since they want access to all your tab data. You basically need a tool that grabs the ASINs (the unique product codes) and packages them into a fresh link. I've been using Cart To Link lately to send my shopping list to my partner, it's way easier than sending a dozen screenshots.
