Is there a way to just send a direct link of my entire Amazon cart to someone else so they can see it? My younger sister finally moved into her first place in Chicago (super tiny studio but it’s her own!) and I’m so excited to help her deck it out. I’ve spent the last three hours picking out like $300 worth of stuff - mostly kitchen essentials and some boho decor - but I really need her to look at everything to make sure the shades of green match her vibe before I hit buy.
I looked this up and saw some old reddit threads saying there is a share button near the checkout but I have looked everywhere and its just not there for me. Is that feature gone now or am I just blind? I also found a browser extension called Share-A-Cart but I'm really hesitant to install some random plugin that can see my shopping data and personal stuff, that feels like a privacy nightmare waiting to happen lol. Does Amazon have an official way to do this that I'm missing? I tried making a wish list but its such a pain to move every single item one by one from the cart to a new list... there has to be a faster way to just show her what I've already picked out...
Honestly, I totally feel your frustration with this. Amazon used to have a native share button but they definitely nuked it a while ago, which is such a bummer when you are trying to be helpful. I went through this exact same thing last year when I was picking out a bunch of gear for my parents house. I had a huge cart full of stuff and spent way too long clicking around looking for a link button that just doesnt exist anymore. Here is what I learned from that mess:
