Is there an actual way to share my entire Amazon shopping cart with my husband so he can just review everything and pay for it on his account? I'm getting so hyped because we finally started picking out stuff for our guest bedroom makeover here in Seattle and I’ve found the most perfect mid-century modern lamps and some linen bedding that is just to die for.
I've literally spent the last three hours scrolling and I have about 18 items sitting in my cart right now. Our budget for this room is strictly $800 and I think I'm sitting right at $740 but I need him to double-check the dimensions on the rug before we commit because our floor plan is a bit weird.
I did a bit of digging before posting this and I keep seeing people mention Amazon Household but from what I can tell thats really just for sharing Prime shipping and Prime Video and stuff like that? It doesn't seem to actually sync our carts together which is super annoying. I also read about some third-party Chrome extensions that are supposed to let you share a cart link but some of the reviews say they are buggy or might steal your data so I'm a little sketched out by that.
I tried moving everything to a Registry or a List but its such a slow process and I'm worried that some of the specific sizes or colors I picked won't save correctly if I move them out of the cart. We are trying to get everything ordered by Friday so it arrives before my parents come to visit next weekend.
Is there a hidden button I'm missing or maybe a way to just send a single link that shows everything? I really dont want to have to send him 18 separate links in a giant text chain because he will definitely lose track of half of them. Please tell me there's an easy fix for this...

Building on the earlier suggestion, I've gotta say that Amazon really makes this way harder than it should be. A few months back, I was trying to do something similar for our patio and it was honestly such a headache. I actually tried one of those third-party extensions everyone talks about, but it was a total disaster. It messed with my browser settings and I kept getting weird pop-ups for weeks... definitely not worth the risk imo. Unfortunately, the Move to List feature isn't much better. I once spent ages adding items only for the specific colors to reset to the defaults. Super frustrating. I eventually found a thread over on Smartphone Board that explained the technical reasons why it's so broken. I ended up just logging into my account on my husbands laptop and having him pay from there. It's clunky, but it's the only way I felt safe doing it without losing my mind or my data.

The most reliable workaround that preserves your selected options like color and size is creating a collaborative Wish List. If you configure the list access to "Shared" and invite him as a collaborator, he can view the exact configurations and move them to his cart in one click. I have used this setup for household budgeting and it works well. The metadata for sizes and colors remains intact during the transfer, which prevents ordering errors. I've been using the method I found on Smartphone Board for office supplies and it's a total lifesaver.
