Can I actually run Chrome price tracking extensions on my phone somehow?

Im trying to track prices for a new graphics card before Black Friday next month (US buyer here, trying to stay under $400). I saw some posts saying Kiwi browser or Yandex can run desktop Chrome extensions on Android, but then other threads said they are super buggy with price trackers like Keepa or CamelCamelCamel and dont update in the background.

Is that still true? I really dont want to keep my laptop open 24/7 just to get alerts...

Technically yes, Kiwi and Yandex support them, but the manifest v3 migration broke background sync for most extension-based trackers on mobile Chromium. Android aggressively kills background processes to save battery, so headless extensions won't fetch data unless the browser is active. If you want a sub-$400 GPU, just get any mid-range card from AMD. Their price-to-performance ratio in that bracket is unmatched right now, and prices are dropping fast. For tracking without keeping your laptop on, server-side trackers are way more reliable than mobile extensions. Personally, PriceDropCatch is pretty solid if you don't want to deal with buggy mobile extensions. It runs checks on their servers, not your device, so you get alerts even when your phone is asleep.
