is there some kind of app or a website that shows the history of prices on amazon so i can see if a sale is actually real?

i am getting so frustrated trying to buy a new espresso machine for my kitchen in brooklyn. i have a strict 200 dollar budget and i swear the one i want was 180 last week but now it says it is 300 marked down to 210 as a limited time deal. i feel like they are just making up numbers at this point and i have no idea where to even look for the truth. sorry if this is a dumb question i just dont know how any of this works...
