What kind of subjects are you shooting most tho? Need to know if you're chasing high-res landscapes or need fast AF for wildlife before I can really point you to the best spec-for-buck deals. If you want stuff that just works every time, look for:

• Sony Alpha 7R V Mirrorless Camera
• Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II
• Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II The version II lenses are much lighter and the AF motors are basically silent. I've found the rebates on the bodies are solid, but the real wins are usually on the older G Master glass. Just gotta know what your priority is.

Honestly, in my experience, Sony holiday pricing is usually identical across all authorized dealers because they use instant rebates. You wont find a lower price on the body alone by jumping between stores. The real trick is looking for retailers that offer extra value or reward points that you can use later. Over the years, I've seen that Adorama and Focus Camera tend to be much better for this than the big box stores.

• Adorama often adds their VIP360 warranty for cheap or free during Cyber Monday.
• Focus Camera usually has bundles with extra batteries or SD cards for the same price.
• Check for trade-in bonuses where they give you an extra 200 bucks on top of your gears value. I've been tracking these trends for a long time and usually the Sony Alpha 7 IV sees a decent drop. If you're hunting for a lens, the Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS is a common one to go on sale. Basically, just find an authorized dealer that offers a loyalty program or a free accessory kit since the sticker price is gonna be locked anyway... that's how you actually get the best deal tho.
