Sony is expected to announce FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS Lens at CP+ Show 2025. Where can I pre-order this lens?

- I was just looking at the MTF charts and how the f/8 aperture affects diffraction on high-res sensors.
- It actually reminds me of when my buddy took a Sigma 300-800mm f/5.6 EX DG HSM out for a weekend in the mountains.
- He was so obsessed with the technical specs and the sheer reach of the glass.
- He forgot to check if his tripod head could actually handle the torque of such a long barrel...
- Every time he tried to frame a shot, the whole setup would just slowly sag towards the ground.
- He ended up with a memory card full of blurry dirt photos while the elk just walked right past him... total nightmare tbh. The way Sony manages the weight-to-performance ratio vs the bulky Nikon alternatives is pretty wild tho. If you want to nerd out over the internal optical design once the full data sheets are out, just holler!
