Finally pulled the trigger on a Pro pre-order but my budget is pretty tight now after that $700 hit. I saw the Pulse Elite and that new vertical stand online but some people are saying the old base doesnt even fit the Pro model? Kind of a mess.
What are the actual must-have accessories I need right now without wasting more money...

Ngl its super disappointing that Sony is charging extra for a basic stand now. Total ripoff. Since your budget is tight after that $700 hit, definitely skip the official stand and just lay it flat. I had issues with the Pulse Elites being uncomfortable anyway, so maybe grab a <a href=" https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt= SteelSeries+Arctis+Nova+7P+Wireless&BI=8941&KBID=10361&SID=12345&DFF=d50" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Wireless when it goes on sale. Its much better value than the Sony stuff.
