ive been staring at the rare beauty soft pinch liquid blushes for like three months now but i just cant justify the price tag right now. im a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding in early october so im trying to save every penny for the dress and travel and i really want to get that glowy look without breaking my 50 dollar makeup budget. i did some digging and saw a few people saying sephora usually does a big seasonal sale in late october or november but that feels so far away and might be after the wedding anyway.

then i saw another post saying brands sometimes have their own friends and family sales that include sephora stock but it wasnt clear if rare beauty actually participates in those or if its just their own website. i really want to get the shade joy or maybe happy but they are always sold out at my local sephora in jersey anyway. if i buy it now i know itll go on sale the next day lol. does anyone have the inside scoop on when the next actual discount is happening at sephora specifically for rare beauty? or is it just the big site-wide events i have to wait for...

Adding my two cents... I had this exact struggle for a wedding last year! I ended up getting the Rare Beauty mini liquid blush for 14 bucks and it was a total lifesaver. Honestly, it lasts forever since you only need one tiny dot! I have Joy in the mini and love it. It is the best way to stay under budget. TLDR: Buy the 14 dollar mini instead of waiting!

Unfortunately, youre right about the October timing being too late. It sucks. Check this Sephora price tracker because Rare Beauty basically never has brand-specific discounts at Sephora.

Regarding what #1 said about "Unfortunately, youre right about the October timing being..." it really is a pain. Basically, the consensus is that the big sale is too late for your sisters wedding, but the mini blush is your best friend. In my experience, Rare Beauty blushes are insanely pigmented... like, one tiny dot is enough for both cheeks. Over the years I've realized that buying the full size is kinda a waste because it usually expires before you even hit the halfway point anyway. A few tips for that budget:

  • Grab the mini for 14 bucks. It will easily last you through the wedding season.
  • Check the Sephora app Offers page for Rare Beauty deluxe samples with a 25 dollar purchase.
  • Look for Sephora Favorites kits tho; they often include a blush plus other wedding-day essentials. I used to miss all the flash sales until I started using PriceDropCatch for my Sephora cart.
