I've been looking at Honey and Karma but they seem kinda laggy with Sephora specific sales and my logic was that there must be something more niche for beauty stuff.
Im trying to grab that huge Drunk Elephant trunk set before it sells out during the next sale event so I really need something super fast...

Jumping in because I feel that frustration with Honey... it is literally the slowest for beauty stuff! I totally agree with YrustasSmoth, missing out on those big sets is the absolute worst feeling. Honestly, if you want something that actually works, I love using Visualping. It basically monitors the actual webpage for changes so you get notified way faster than the big coupon apps. But hey, quick question before I give you more tips... what status level are you? Are you Rouge, VIB, or just Insider? Knowing that helps so much since the sale dates and access times are different for everyone!

Honestly, Honey and Karma have been a huge letdown for me lately when it comes to Sephora. I tried using them for the last VIB sale and it was a total disaster... the notifications were so delayed that everything I wanted was long gone by the time I actually clicked the link. It is super frustrating because those apps are supposed to make life easier, but they just are not fast enough for high-demand stuff like that Drunk Elephant Trunk. If you are really serious about grabbing that set, you gotta stop relying on those big generic trackers. They crawl way too many sites and Sephora just moves too fast for their servers to keep up. Here is what I have learned from my own trial and error after missing out way too many times:
- Google Shopping alerts are actually way more reliable than most apps. Since they have the most resources, their bots hit the Sephora pages way more often than those smaller niche apps ever could.
- Check out PricePulse if you want something that actually refreshes frequently. I started using a more dedicated tool because I was tired of missing the 20 percent off window and it seems to catch the changes faster.
- Honestly, the best way is still the Sephora app itself combined with your loves list, but you have to be ready the literal minute the sale starts for your specific tier. It is honestly such a bummer that there is not a perfect beauty-specific app yet. Everything feels a bit laggy or just misses the mark during the big holiday rush. Good luck tho, that Trunk set is basically the holy grail of kits!
