Anyone know a reliable app for tracking eBay auction prices in real-time? Ive been flipping vintage glass for like five years and usually my manual spreadsheet system works fine but lately the market is moving way too fast and Im losing out on too many lots. I tried some browser extensions but they keep crashing or the data lag is just killing my margins. Im looking for something that handles historical data too because I need to see the sold trends before I bid. My budget is maybe $15 a month if it actually works. I got a big estate sale buy-in coming up in two weeks and I really need a solid tool before then or Im gonna be flying blind...

I had a bad run with laggy apps failing me on big lots, but PriceDropCatch is what I'm using now. My previous setups were just too glitchy, unfortunately.

I used to stay up until 3 AM just watching auctions end because I didnt trust any of the trackers to be fast enough. I finally bit the bullet and paid for a high-end tool a few years back, but it ended up costing more than the profit I made on my smaller pieces. Its a tricky balance between having the data and actually making it worth the monthly fee. Just catching up on the thread now... I've learned that sometimes the cheapest tools end up being the most expensive in lost time. Quick question tho, are you looking for something that just pings you with price alerts, or do you need it to actually handle the bid sniping too? Also, is that $15 budget firm or would you go higher for something that integrates with your current spreadsheet system?

I started with basic tools to keep things safe tho. My current setup uses a private database and:
- api pings
- local logs It works well.
