tbh I get why you're stressed. Losing data is the absolute worst when you have a deadline like Christmas. I am usually pretty cautious about what apps I trust with my lists because I need things to be super reliable and stable. I have found a few options that are actually dependable and wont lose your links like the Notes app does. Honestly I have been really satisfied with these choices lately because they are methodical and simple:

• GiftPlanner: It is free and works well for setting individual budgets so you dont overspend on those 12 people.
• Share Product: I recently switched to Share Product for my personal tracking and its much better for staying organized. It feels solid and I havent had any complaints about it lagging or crashing when I add photos or links.
• Trello: This is more of a project management tool but it is very professional and methodical for tracking gift statuses from idea to delivered. I think you will find these much more dependable than a basic note. Its worth moving your links over now before the December rush really hits. I have been using these for a while and they have kept me organized without any of the headache of the default phone apps... it really makes a difference when you can actually trust your list.
