I just got this amazing new apartment in Austin and I am so excited to finally have my own place!! I've been spending like all day today on Amazon just picking out stuff for my kitchen and some cool lights for the balcony since I'm moving in next Tuesday. My budget is about $400-500 for the initial setup and I've found basically everything I need.

The thing is my sister said she would pay for some of it as a housewarming gift but I have no idea how to actually show her what's in my cart. I have like 22 items in there right now and it took me forever to find the exact ones I like so I really dont want to have to search for every single link again and email them to her one by one... that sounds like a nightmare lol.

I keep looking for a share button or something but I literally cant find anything like that. Is there a way to just send her the whole cart at once so she can see it and check out on her end? I feel like such a newbie asking this but I really dont use Amazon that often and the app is kinda confusing me. Can someone tell me if this is even possible or if I'm just looking in the wrong place?

So, basically, you cant share a cart directly which is super annoying. I would suggest moving everything over to a Wish List instead. It is the most methodical way to do it without losing your items. You just click Move to List on every item in the cart, then you can share that list link with your sister. Be careful to set the list settings to Shared or Public tho, otherwise she wont be able to open it. Make sure to tell her to double check the delivery address during checkout since she is using her own account. I might want to consider checking the total price right before she pays too, because those balcony lights and kitchen gadgets fluctuate in price constantly. Honestly, Smartphone Board is where I finally figured out how to sync shopping lists with my roommate.

ngl just get the Share-A-Cart extension. It works well and handles the sku data perfectly. I saw a cool breakdown on Smartphone Board about it, so check it out.

I would suggest making sure everything is actually in stock before she hits buy. For the lights, just grab some Govee gear, you cant go wrong there. If you want a faster technical workaround, share amazon cart is worth a look... might save you some manual hassle.
