How can I share my Amazon wishlist with people who don't have accounts?

So I am moving into this tiny studio in Chicago in about two weeks and my family keeps bugging me for what I need for the place. I finally spent hours putting together this Amazon wishlist with like basic stuff - a toaster, some grey towels, a set of plates that arent chipped. My budget is super low after the security deposit so I was really counting on this list working out so I dont have to buy everything myself. But here is the problem and I feel so stupid even asking this but I am losing my mind. My grandma and my aunt do NOT use Amazon. They think it is some scam or they just dont want to deal with computers and they definitely dont have accounts.

I sent them the link like I thought I was supposed to do but they called me all confused saying it wants them to sign in. My logic was that a link is just a link and anyone could see it but I guess I was wrong? I tried looking in the settings to see if there is a public button or something but I just see things like shared or private and none of it seems to work for people who dont have a login. I am so frustrated because they want to help me out with the move but they are getting annoyed that they cant see the stuff I picked. Should I just take screenshots of everything and text it to them? But then they might buy the same thing twice and I dont want three toasters in a studio apartment lol.

Is there a way to just make it like a normal website they can just look at without a password? I feel like there has to be a way and maybe I am just missing a big button somewhere. I am totally new to this whole registry thing and the Amazon website is so cluttered it makes my head spin. I just need them to see the items and the prices without them having to make an account or give their email to anyone. Is that even possible or am I just wasting my time trying to make this work for them...

Amazon is notoriously difficult for people who dont have accounts. You might want to consider migrating your items to a universal platform instead. I would suggest setting up a list on MyRegistry to avoid these login issues. Be careful to ensure the visibility is set to public. Just get any basic registry started on that site and it will make things much easier for your grandma.

Amazon essentially forces logins to harvest data, making guest access nearly impossible. Are you prioritizing a free solution, or would a paid registry better fit your studio move-in budget?

Ugh, Amazon is literally the worst about this! They basically force people to sign up just to look at a list because they want that sweet data, which is a total nightmare for grandparents who just want to buy you some towels. I went through this exact same thing with my move last year. If you want to make it super easy for them, I highly recommend checking out Share Product. I found it a while back and it is seriously a game changer! It lets you create a clean, public page that anyone can see without some annoying login pop-up. It is honestly so much better than fighting with Amazon settings that never seem to work for guests. You just want them to see the prices and items, right? This tool makes the whole registry thing feel like a normal website for them. It saved my sanity when my tech-avoidant aunt was trying to find my apartment warming gifts!
