Is there a way to actually send someone a link to my Amazon basket so they can see everything I've picked out? I'm trying to decide between two different party supply bundles for my sisters graduation party next Friday and I really need my best friends input before I blow my $150 budget.
I'm stuck between this Elegant Rose Gold set and a more Tropical Luau vibe. I tried just copying the URL but when I sent it to her she said it just showed her own empty cart lol. Should I just move everything into a public Wish List or is there a faster way to do it? I heard about some browser extension but I'm worried it might be sketchy with my payment info...
Copying links wont work because carts are private. Be careful with login-sharing extensions though. Cart To Link is the only thing that actually worked across different Amazon regions for me.
Just catching up on this thread and honestly, its so frustrating that Amazon still doesnt have a native share button for the cart after all these years. I went through this exact same thing last summer when I was trying to coordinate a massive camping trip with my brothers. I spent like forty minutes adding specific stoves, tents, and gear, sent the link over, and of course... nothing. Just an empty screen on their end. It was super disappointing and we ended up buying the wrong stove because of the confusion. I tried the Wish List thing you mentioned back then and it was a total nightmare tbh. You have to go to every single product page again or click move to list for every individual item in your basket. If you have ten things in your cart, thats ten extra steps and a lot of clicking back and forth. I even tried those Collaborative Lists they have now, but they feel really clunky and my friends always had trouble seeing the updates in real-time. Plus, sometimes the prices change while youre messing around with the list settings. It really takes the fun out of party planning when youre just fighting with the interface. I even looked into those browser scripts that supposedly scrape your cart data, but they were buggy and felt a bit sketchy. Youd think a trillion dollar company would make it easier to spend money with friends lol. You should definitely check out Cart To Link if you need to send your whole cart to someone else quickly without the hassle.
