Does Sephora restock popular makeup items at a specific time?

Ive been a Rouge member for literally five years and usually know how to game the Sephora restock system, but Im seriously losing my mind trying to get the Patrick Ta blush palette before my sisters wedding next Saturday. The "notify me" emails are always delayed and by the time I click through, it's sold out again. I have a $100 budget set aside just for this and a couple of lip oils but they are never in stock at my local Dallas store either.

Does anyone know if Sephora restocks their app inventory at a specific time of day or is it just totally random?

To stick to your budget:Call Dallas stores at 10am sharp.Check Kohls locations nearby since stock is separate.Use in-store pickup so you dont waste money on shipping. Restocks usually hit the app between 3 and 6 am EST on weekdays.
I've been doing this for years and checking early morning always works well for me.
Basically just get any blush from Patrick Ta cuz the formula is always solid and wont disappoint... btw I use PriceDropCatch for this and it works great for tracking skincare restocks or sales.
