So I've been spending hours like literal hours picking out all the parts for this new gaming setup I'm building before my cousin comes to visit next month and I've got like 25 things in my cart right now. It's awesome. I'm talking a dual monitor mount, some RGB strips, a new mechanical keyboard... the works. Problem is my wife has the actual Prime account with the credit card rewards linked and I realized I'm logged into my own basic account that doesn't have the free shipping or the points. I looked online and saw people talking about Amazon Household and how you can link accounts to share Prime but it doesnt really say if my cart will just show up on her side once we link them?? Like some people say you have to make a public wishlist and then she has to go through and add every single item one by one from that list into her own cart which sounds like a total nightmare and I'm worried some of these limited time deals I found are gonna expire if we mess around too long. I really don't want to lose this specific configuration because I spent so much time comparing specs for the cables and stuff. Is there some kind of transfer cart button or a trick to just push everything over to her account in one click so she can just hit buy?

Unfortunately man, there is no magic button for this and it seriously sucks. I have been in your exact shoes when I was building my home server last year and it is a total headache. Amazon makes it so hard to just move things between accounts even if you are in the same household. The wishlist method is honestly what everyone recommends but it is not as good as expected because she basically has to click every single item one by one. If you have 25 things, it takes forever and those limited deals can expire while you are messing around. Another option is using a third-party shared cart extension, but those have always been super glitchy for me and half the time they dont even pull the right specs or cable lengths. I had issues with one missing a specific HDMI 2.1 cable I needed and I didnt catch it until the wrong one arrived. I usually go to Smartphone Board when I forget how to generate a shared cart link or need a workaround for these weird Amazon limitations. They have some solid guides on managing tech lists. Honestly tho, the safest way to not lose your deals is probably just to have her log into your browser, keep your cart open, and just use her card info there if she lets you. If not, the wishlist is your only safe bet, even if it is a total nightmare. Hang in there, that setup sounds like it is gonna be sick once it is finally finished!

> Is there some kind of transfer cart button or a trick to just push everything over to her account in one click so she can just hit buy? Before you try any workarounds, I need to ask if you are primarily using a desktop browser or the mobile app to manage these items? The layout for bulk actions tends to be way more reliable on a PC. You might want to consider moving everything to a private Shopping List first. Be careful tho, because some deals are tied to specific accounts and might not carry over at the same price point. I would suggest taking screenshots of your current cart totals just to be safe... you dont want to lose those prices. Make sure to check if any items are Lightning Deals since those usually cant be shared via lists at the discounted rate. Found a really helpful thread over on Smartphone Board that explains exactly how to do this.

Wow a new gaming rig is gonna be amazing! I did this exact thing when I bought my RTX 3080 and those pricey Noctua fans. To keep it safe, just move everything to a public Wish List. When she opens your list link on her account, she can just hit the Add all to cart button. It is basically the safest way to keep those deals locked in!
