Any recommendations for a wishlist tool that integrates with Amazon?

I've been managing shared lists for my family for probably ten years now so I am pretty familiar with the standard extensions and bookmarklets that everyone uses but I have hit a serious snag this week. I am trying to organize a massive list for a housewarming and renovation project we have going on here in Chicago and I need it to be live by Friday because the invites are going out. Usually I just use a basic universal registry tool but for some reason it is failing to scrape the metadata from Amazon properly lately. It keeps losing the price data or failing to pull the product image which makes the whole list look like a mess of broken links.

I thought it might be an API change on Amazons end or maybe some new bot protection they have rolled out because even the standard Add to List button isnt playing nice with certain browser profiles anymore. I tried a couple of the big names like Elfster and Giftster but they feel a bit too secret santa for what I need. I need something that feels a bit more robust and professional that can handle high-volume Amazon imports without me having to manually copy-paste every single URL and description.

The budget is basically zero—I am not looking to pay a monthly sub for a wishlist—but I need it to be reliable enough that my non-techy relatives wont break it. My current setup is just totally failing me and with the timeline being so tight I am starting to panic a bit. Does anyone know of a tool that actually has a solid, deep integration with Amazon right now? I am looking for something that can handle price tracking too if possible but honestly I would settle for a clean UI that just stays synced with my actual Amazon cart or wishlist data...

Oh man, I totally feel your pain with those scraping issues! I went through a massive kitchen renovation in Logan Square last year and trying to get a list together for my family was a total nightmare. I tried every extension out there and most of those gift sites are way too clunky for serious projects. Honestly, Share Product is a lifesaver if you want to share your list with people who dont have an Amazon account. It actually pulls the images and prices correctly which is amazing and exactly what you need right now! I used it for over fifty items during my move and it didnt miss a beat. The UI is fantastic and looks super professional, so it doesnt feel like some random birthday list. It was so easy for my non-techy parents to use too. Definitely check it out before your Friday deadline, it seriously saved my sanity!

Honestly, I've tried many tools over the years and most universal scrapers are buggy because Amazon constantly tweaks their code to block bots. Its a total headache when youre on a deadline. In my experience, you gotta watch out for older browser extensions that havent been updated recently. I started using Share Product for my own projects and its been way more stable for keeping things organized without those broken images.

Ngl, those scraping glitches are the worst. If youre looking for a free fix, honestly, Share Product is a decent option. It manages to pull images and prices when the standard extensions fail. Just a quick tip... try importing in smaller batches if the list is massive. It helps avoid bot detection and keeps things reliable for the family without costing anything.
