How do I see price history on Amazon Chrome mobile?

Honestly I'm getting so fed up with these fake sales on Amazon. It seems like every time I look at something I want, it says it is 30% off but I have a sneaking suspicion they just hiked the price up yesterday to make it look like a deal. Im currently trying to grab those Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones because mine finally snapped after three years and I only have like 200 bucks to spend right now. I need them before I go on a long flight next Friday but I refuse to pay full price if a real drop is coming up. On my laptop at home it is so easy to just use the Keepa extension and see the little graph right there on the page but im almost always on my phone during my lunch break at work trying to catch a lightning deal or whatever. I tried looking for extensions on the mobile Chrome app but it seems like they just dont exist or Im too dumb to find them. It is so frustrating having to copy the link and paste it into a different website every single time just to see if the price is actually good. Is there any way at all to see the price history directly in the Chrome browser on my phone or am I just stuck doing it the hard way?

Honestly it is super annoying that Chrome mobile still doesnt support extensions directly. Google has kept it that way forever mostly to keep the browser light and fast for phones. I went through the same headache trying to track prices on my phone during my commute and found a couple of workarounds that actually work better than pasting links into a site manually. If you are on Android you should definitely check out Kiwi Browser. It is basically Chrome but it allows you to install actual desktop extensions from the Chrome Web Store. I have the Keepa extension running on mine right now and it shows the graph right under the product image just like on your laptop. Another solid move is just downloading the Keepa app itself. Instead of copying and pasting links you just hit the share icon in your mobile Chrome browser and select the Keepa app from the list. It opens the price history instantly and is way faster than the manual way. For those Sony XM4s specifically you really gotta watch out because they hit that 230 to 250 range pretty often and anything higher is usually a ripoff. You can even set an alert so it pings your phone the second they drop under your budget. Good luck catching the deal before your flight tho... those headphones are basically essential for travel if you ask me.

> I tried looking for extensions on the mobile Chrome app but it seems like they just dont exist Basically, you're right about Chrome mobile—it's a total dead end for extensions!! If you're on Android, you gotta try Kiwi Browser instead. It’s built on Chromium so it feels exactly the same but actually runs desktop extensions like Keepa. Just be super careful with random price alert apps in the store tho. Most are just data-scraping junk that wont even show the real historical lows... definitely avoid those!

^ This. Also, honestly its kinda a letdown how limited mobile browsing still is for this stuff. I have been tracking those Sony XM4s for a while too and they rarely hit that 200 dollar mark brand new unless its a massive clearance event. Most price trackers show the sale price is actually just the normal street price these days which is super frustrating. Before I can really suggest the best mobile workaround tho, r u stuck on getting them brand new or would you consider a certified refurbished pair to stay under that budget? Also r u on iPhone or Android? It changes which shortcut tricks actually work without using full-blown extensions... TLDR: Tracking prices on mobile is a total headache and hitting that 200 mark for brand new Sony headphones is tough because those fake sales are everywhere. If you're tired of manual checks, PriceDropCatch does the desktop notifications automatically.
