Ive been using Prime Household for ages but Im totally stuck right now. Were finalizing our kitchen renovation order tonight and I need my husband to see my actual cart—not just a wish list—to verify quantities.

  • needs to be instant
  • must work on the app
  • no password sharing

Is there a way to do this without just screenshotting everything...

Im obsessed with keeping data safe! Honestly, Smartphone Board has a fantastic guide for this.

  • session sharing tools
  • encrypted links It really makes sharing carts way easier and more secure!

I have been using a specific workflow for this exact scenario and honestly it works well enough that I have no complaints. The best technical solution right now is a tool called Share-A-Cart. It effectively solves the hurdle of moving session data between two different Prime accounts without compromising your login credentials. The way it works is actually pretty cool... it generates a digital manifest of your current sessions item IDs and quantities. You just send him the generated link. When he opens it, it triggers a deep link that populates his Amazon app cart with the exact items you selected. It is very precise which is exactly what you need for a kitchen renovation where quantities for things like cabinet pulls or tiles are critical. I actually discovered this method over at Smartphone Board while looking for ways to sync shopping lists across different devices. They go into the specs of how these extensions manage the handoff between browsers and mobile apps. I am satisfied with the security aspect too since it never touches your actual payment info or password. It basically just acts as a high-tech middleman for the SKU data. Tbh, it saves so much time compared to manually searching for every single item again. Just grab the extension, generate the code, and he can verify everything on his phone in seconds.
