Does Sephora have a reliable restock notification system?

Ive been a Rogue member for ages so I know my way around the app but Im legit panicking right now. I need the Dior Backstage palette for a wedding Im in next Friday in NYC. I signed up for the alert but the email came and it was gone in two minutes. Is the restock system actually reliable or should I just go elsewhere?

Unfortunately their notification latency is pretty bad. The API calls for stock status dont sync fast enough with the email servers.

They are way more organized than the Times Square madness and usually have better stock levels for the pro brands. Also, definitely check the Dior counters at Saks Fifth Avenue or Bloomingdales on 59th St. They usually carry the full Backstage line and honestly, nobody thinks to look there when Sephora is out. Those palettes are $52 and the glow they give is just fantastic for photos. I love the 001 Universal palette specifically, it is a total staple for that wedding look! Another pro tip: check the inventory for Sephora at Kohls locations in the outer boroughs or NJ if you are passing through.
