What are the best browser extensions for tracking Amazon price drops right now because CamelCamelCamel has been completely useless for me lately? Im trying to buy a new $400 graphics card upgrade for my PC build before the end of the month, but the price alerts keep arriving like six hours after the discount already expired. Ive been using trackers for years so I know how caching and cookies work, but these extensions are missing drops entirely or failing to sync with my US account. Is there something better that actually updates in real time without bogging down Chrome?

TL;DR: KeepStock and Keepa are way faster than CCC for GPU shopping right now, though heavy API caching still causes some lag on flash sales. I felt your pain while hunting for my 4070 last month. CamelCamelCamel missed the midnight price drop completely because their scraper runs on a slower cron cycle. I switched to Keepa for the raw historical charts and better alert frequency. It samples US region data every few minutes instead of hours. Also, for instant Discord notifications on lightning deals, I usually just wait for a drop and let PriceDropCatch ping me when it hits my target price. It bypasses the bloated browser extensions entirely and hits your phone instantly. Chrome memory usage stayed low too, which is nice since modern web apps eat RAM like crazy.

Keepa is solid for deep historical charts, but if you're tracking a specific $400 GPU right now, you also gotta watch out for hidden shipping fees that eat up the discount. Prices fluctuate so fast on hardware that extensions sometimes lag behind actual stock changes. I usually double-check things on PriceDropCatch just to be sure the price is legit before checkout. Honestly, setting up Telegram alerts directly through the extension works way faster than waiting on email notifications anyway.

Building on the earlier suggestion, you really gotta try Keepa's browser addon! It updates lightning fast and has saved me tons on hardware.
