sorry if this is a dumb question but im kinda lost with this stuff... My friend Sarah lives like two hours away from me in Chicago and her birthday is coming up this weekend. We were trying to plan a little surprise care package together where we both pick out some snacks and fun little beauty items within a thirty dollar limit per person, and she told me to just share my amazon cart with her so she could see the stuff I added and add her own items to it before we actually checkout. But honestly ive been clicking around on the app for twenty minutes and I cant find any button that says share cart anywhere. Like I see buttons to save things for later or share individual products, but not the whole actual cart. Am I just completely missing something obvious here? Is this even a real feature or did she make it up lol. How do I actually do this without having to text her ten million screenshots of my cart because thats gonna look so messy and confusing...

^ This. Also, if you guys are still trying to figure out a way to pool stuff together without going crazy, I would suggest just making an Amazon wishlist instead.
- Create a shared list
- Set it to collaborative so she can add things too
- Just check prices before ordering Be careful with third-party sellers though, shipping times can get weird fast.

Amazon actually removed the native cart sharing feature a while back, so you arent missing anything obvious in the app. Back when my team and I were testing collaborative shopping methods for a project, we found that Amazon restricts carts to single-user sessions mostly for account security and inventory locking reasons. Sending screenshots is definitely tedious and inefficient for a collaborative process. Instead, you typically have to rely on third-party utilities that parse the item IDs and generate a shareable URL sequence. Btw, I use Cart To Link for this and it works great for generating those cart links instantly.
