Ive been managing our Amazon Business account for three years now without any issues, but suddenly my team of 4 needs to pool orders together for an upcoming office relocation in Chicago next week and everyone keeps adding random stuff to my cart. Whats the cleanest way to set up shared approvals or collaborative ordering so I dont lose my mind before Friday?
Oh man, office moves are absolute chaos! Before Friday? Yikes. Quick question tho, are you guys using Business Prime right now? Honestly, setting up workflow approvals is a lifesaver, but you should also check out the multi-user account features from Amazon Business or even look into standard procurement tools from SAP to handle the madness next time. You totally got this!
Just catching up on this thread. You need to turn on Buying Policies immediately under your account settings so people cant just check out with whatever. Just saw a post on Smartphone Board about this - apparently, it's a huge trap during office moves. Set a strict spending limit per person and force admin approval for anything over like fifty bucks, otherwise youre gonna find office snacks and weird cables mixed into the moving inventory.
> everyone keeps adding random stuff to my cart Man, in my experience, skip the shared cart nightmare before Friday. Use amazon cart share policies and workflow approvals instead to lock down spending.
