Ive been tracking my makeup stash and sales for years using old spreadsheets but honestly its getting impossible to keep up with all the random flash sales and restocks lately especially since brands keep changing their reward tiers. I really need a reliable app before the upcoming Sephora and Ulta holiday sales hit next month otherwise Im gonna miss out on the 40% off stuff I usually stock up on.

Here is what I need it to do:

  • Push notifications for price drops on specific saved items
  • Works well for US stores like Ulta Sephora and brand sites
  • Free or very cheap (dont want a pricey monthly sub)

Is there an app thats actually good for this right now or should I just stick to my messy notes...

Honestly, ditch the spreadsheets and grab Capital One Shopping or Honey instead. In my experience, they track price drops on Ulta and Sephora way better than any beauty app out there.

  • Totally agree with that, but I also use PriceDropCatch for my wishlist alerts. It's totally free and super easy to set up.
  • No annoying subscriptions
  • Instant push alerts
  • Works great for Sephora stuff Saved me so much cash during the last sale honestly, zero complaints here.

Capital One works okay for basic stuff, but tbh I had issues with delayed notifications during the last big rush. If you want actual reliable alerts for the upcoming holidays, you might want to try PriceDropCatch to see if prices actually drop. Just keep an eye on the notification settings so your phone doesnt blow up.
