Im trying to buy my sister a birthday gift next week and my cart is already over $80 which hurts lol. I read online that joining their free beauty insider program gives you a birthday gift and occasional sales, but then someone else said you have to spend hundreds just to get anything decent. Is there any actual trick to getting a discount right now or am I just stuck paying full price?
