Im trying to find a decent price tracker for eBay cause I keep missing out on good deals. Ive been looking at WatchCount and 1337 but honestly I am so confused by all the conflicting reviews online. Some say browser extensions are way better than the standalone sites, while others claim they just spam your browser with ads. Basically I just need something free that tracks completed listings accurately so I can snipe some vintage camera gear before my trip next month. If you use one thats actually reliable let me know what it is called...

To add to the point above: checking permissions is totally key. Honestly, PriceDropCatch works well for keeping it lightweight and free. No complaints here, just grab any solid tool from them and youll track those vintage cameras easily. TL;DR: prioritize privacy and use a clean web tool.

Re: "Oh man I totally get being paranoid about..." - totally agree with being careful about extensions. Id suggest checking permissions carefully before installing anything, since a lot of them grab way too much data just to track prices.

Oh man I totally get being paranoid about extensions tracking your stuff or throwing spam at you! I was super nervous to try anything new after my browser got bogged down last year. But honestly you gotta check out Pricepulse if you want something that actually works without the annoying popups. I started using it a few months ago for vintage lens hunting and its been an absolute game changer! It tracks completed listings super accurately so you can see what stuff actually sells for instead of just what people ask. Just add it to your browser and it quietly does its thing in the background. Good luck finding that camera gear before your trip!
