I just got this PS4 Pro from my cousin and I am so lost. Honestly I dont even know how people play with these tiny little earbud things that come in the box it hurts my ears so much after like twenty minutes. Plus my cat Luna just chewed through my last pair of regular headphones so I really need to go wireless before she ruins anything else. I have a big game night thing coming up this Friday with some guys from work and I really dont want to be the only one who cant talk or hear anything properly.

I went to look online and it is just so overwhelming. There are so many words I dont understand like drivers and latency and surround sound and I honestly just want something that works. Do I need a special plug for the console or does it just connect like my phone does? I tried to connect my airpods but the playstation wouldnt even see them which was super frustrating. My budget is probably around 120 bucks or maybe 150 if it is really worth it. I am in the US near a Best Buy so I can go pick it up tomorrow if I know what to get.

I saw some stuff about Gold or Platinum headsets from Sony but then people say the hinges break? I just want something comfortable because I have kind of a big head lol and my ears get really hot. And the battery has to last at least a few hours because we usually play for a long time on the weekends.

• Is there a specific brand thats easy to set up for someone who isnt tech savvy?
• Do I need to buy extra cables or does everything come in the box?
• Will it work with the PS4 Pro specifically or is it different for the normal one?

Sorry if these are really basic questions I am just totally new to this whole gaming thing and I dont want to waste my money on something that wont even connect or sounds like garbage...
