Which Sony headphones are best for intense gym workouts and running?

I’m looking for Sony headphones that can handle heavy sweat and stay secure during sprints and burpees. I love their sound quality, but I'm worried about the XM5s being too bulky or sliding off. Does anyone have experience with the LinkBuds S or a specific sport model? Which ones offer the most secure fit for high-intensity training?

> Which ones offer the most secure fit for high-intensity training? Seconding what was said earlier! Honestly, in my experience, spending big on gym gear is a trap cuz sweat kills everything eventually. If the Sony WF-C500 Truly Wireless In-Ear Headphones mentioned aren't secure enough, try the Sony Float Run Wireless Off-Ear Headphones. They're GREAT for stability. For a budget play, the Sony WI-C100 Wireless In-Ear Headphones are only like $30. Serious value there if ur looking to save cash long-term. gl!

yo, i feel u on the bulkiness issue... honestly the over-ear XM5s are a nightmare for burpees. In my experience, the Sony LinkBuds S are basically the way to go cuz they're tiny and stay locked in. Ngl, the Sony WF-C700N Noise Canceling Earbuds are also a solid, cheaper alternative if youre worried about budget. they definitely wont slide off during sprints! gl!

so basically i used to drop 300 bucks on gear that just fell out during burpees... honestly SO annoying. For ur situation, i actually recommend the Sony WF-C500 Truly Wireless In-Ear Headphones. They're usually under $70 and the IPX4 rating handles sweat perfectly. No ANC, but they're LIGHT. Lesson learned: weight is the enemy of a secure fit; cheaper, smaller buds stay in way better during sprints!

Man I wish I found this thread sooner. Would have saved me so much hassle.
