Aim for under 150 for the XE300 and if you can snag the XG300 near 200 you should be very happy with that. I use my Sony SRS-XE300 Wireless Speaker daily and have no complaints about the battery or the sound spread. Quick tip tho... dont sleep on Best Buy open-box deals during Cyber Monday week. People return stuff they bought on impulse on Black Friday and you can find a Sony SRS-XG300 Portable Bluetooth Speaker in perfect shape for way less than the sale price. If the Sony deals dont land where you want them, keep an eye on the JBL Charge 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker. It doesnt have the line diffuser tech but it is a beast for movie audio in that price bracket. Good luck with the hunt.
