My Pulse 3D set is falling apart and with the Pro arriving Friday I need an upgrade. I know the Tempest engine stuff but I'm worried about weird latency on the newer hardware.
What actually works best for the Pro?

Both handle dual-audio flawlessly on the Pro.
Honestly, after blowing way too much cash on gear over the years, I've become super cautious about these premium price tags. I used to think spending more meant fewer issues, but I've had high-end sets brick after a simple firmware update... it's a nightmare. Since you're dropping a lot on the Pro, you might want to save some bucks and look at something that just works without the gamer tax. I’ve tried a bunch of setups, and in my experience, comfort is where people usually get burned. If you have a larger head like me, you really gotta watch out for that clamping feeling. I've found that these two actually handle the dual-audio thing well without being overly complicated:
To add to the point above: you gotta look at the Sony INZONE H9 Wireless Gaming Headset! Its seriously amazing for big heads cuz it doesnt squeeze your skull. I love how it handles simultaneous bluetooth... never miss a call while gaming!
