I checked out CamelCamelCamel but then I realized it's literally just for Amazon?? My logic was to buy from Best Buy since I have a gift card there but I can't find a good way to track their specific price history. I looked at Honey too but it feels like it just spams me with coupons instead of actually tracking. I'm just kinda stuck here refreshing the page every day and it's exhausting. Is there a better app that works for multiple stores or am I just stuck...

i was looking at the smallrig folding cage because it looks super portable but then i saw the falcam f22 stuff and my logic was that the quick release might be better for switching to a gimbal fast. but then i read some reviews saying the falcam cage makes the grip feel chunky and i have kinda small hands so now im second guessing everything. i need to mount a top handle and a small mic but i dont want to turn this into a massive rig... what are you guys using that doesnt ruin the ergonomics?

i even tried retailmenot and it just opened like five different tabs and didnt apply a single thing at checkout. i just want something that actually works for ebay specifically because most of these seem to ignore the site or just show you general promos that are already on the homepage. does anyone actually have an extension that pulls real codes for ebay or am i just chasing ghosts at this point? i dont want to keep wasting my time installing and uninstalling stuff that just harvests my data without saving me a cent. its like they all just want to track my browsing and not actually help me save the thirty bucks i need for this gear...

So Ive been using the Amazon wishlist feature since like 2015 to manage all our family stuff and its usually a breeze but Ive hit a wall this time. My in-laws are visiting from rural Vermont for my husbands 40th in about three weeks and they literally refuse to touch anything that requires a login or password. I tried sending the standard view only link but they said they couldnt see the descriptions properly on their tablets or it kept asking them to sign in to buy stuff which totally confused them and now theyre frustrated.

I really need to figure this out fast because here are my requirements:

they have to be able to see the full list without a login prompt appearing every five seconds

I need a way for them to mark something as bought so my sister doesnt buy the same squat rack (its for his new home gym so these are big ticket items)

it has to be mobile friendly because they only use iPads

preferably something I can print out as a backup just in case they give up on the digital version

Im lowkey panicking because the party is coming up and they keep asking what to buy but I dont want to just tell them over the phone because Ill lose track of whats been claimed and we will end up with duplicates of expensive gear. Is there a way to make the list public public or maybe a third party site that syncs with Amazon? Ive never had to deal with non-users before...

Ive been rigging Sony cameras since the a6300 days but this new setup for a doc project in Chicago is giving me a headache. I bought a cheap generic one and it totally blocks the record button on the FX30 and the a6700 screen wont even flip out halfway. Im looking to spend maybe 120-150 max for both.
My logic was that Terapeak would be the answer since it's built-in but it feels more like a tool for sellers and is kinda clunky. I also checked out PriceBefore but I'm not sure if it actually tracks 'Sold' prices or just active listings. It doesnt help if people are just overpricing their stuff. Is there anything that gives a clean graph of actual sold history? Just trying to see if I'm actually getting a deal...

So I finally started putting together a huge wishlist for my 30th birthday bash coming up in late July and I am so excited to finally get some decent stuff for my new apartment. I found this really cool espresso maker that’s like 200 bucks and some cute rugs but here is the thing. My grandma and my two great aunts really want to get me something but they are not tech savvy at all. Like they literally don't even have Amazon accounts and they get so frustrated with passwords and login screens.

I found the share link button but I am terrified that if I email it to them it’s gonna pop up with a "Please Sign In" box and they will just close the tab and give up. I really dont want them to have to make an account just to see what I want. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am a total newbie at this and I have no idea where to start with the settings. I saw there are options for private and public and something about inviting people to view but it’s all super confusing to me. Is there a way for me to just send a link where they can see the items and maybe print it out or something without needing to be an Amazon member? How do I make it so anyone can see it even if they dont have a login?

I just bought this 65 inch Sony A80L and honestly the built-in speakers are absolute garbage for anything that isnt news. I spent way too much on the TV to have it sound like this but now im falling down a rabbit hole trying to find the perfect match and im honestly just frustrated with all the conflicting reviews. I looked at the HT-A7000 because everyone says it integrates perfectly with the Bravia UI and has that center sync feature where the TV acts as a speaker too but then i read on some forums that the Sonos Arc actually sounds better for music and movie clarity. But then people say the Sonos is a nightmare to set up with Sony's eARC port sometimes? I have a budget of about 1100 bucks and I really need to get this sorted by Friday because I have friends coming over for a movie night. My living room in my Chicago apartment is pretty narrow so im worried about the side-firing speakers on the high end models just bouncing off the walls weirdly. Is the Sony ecosystem stuff actually worth the extra cash or should i just go with something like Samsung or Sonos and ignore the matching brand thing? My head is spinning with all these model numbers and I just want something that works. Is the HT-A5000 enough or will I regret not going bigger?
