What is the best wide-angle lens for Sony a6700 video?

So I finally pulled the trigger on the a6700 after saving up for like a year and I am so stoked to get started with some actual video work. I’ve been using my iPhone for travel vlogs but it just doesn’t cut it anymore for the low light stuff especially in tight spaces. I’m heading to Tokyo in about three weeks so I need to make a decision fast lol. My budget is capped at like $800 max because I still need to buy extra batteries and a cage.

Right now I’m totally torn between three options:

Sony 11mm f1.8

Sigma 10-18mm f2.8 DC DN

Tamron 11-20mm f2.8

The Sony 11mm seems killer because it's so small and that f1.8 would be amazing for night street shots but I'm worried that not having a zoom might be limiting when I can't just move my feet in crowded spots. Then there's the Sigma which is getting insane reviews for being tiny but I keep hearing the autofocus might not be as snappy as native Sony glass for video? The Tamron is also there but it feels a bit bigger and I’m trying to keep this rig light for walking 20k steps a day.

Is the f1.8 on the prime worth giving up the flexibility of a zoom for travel video? I really want that pro look but I dont want to be swapping lenses every five minutes in the rain...

Ive been shooting on the FX30 for a year now mostly for corporate b-roll but I just landed a gig doing macro-style product shots for a local watch brand in October. My usual zooms are looking way too soft for this kind of detail and I really need that clinical ultra-sharp look. The APS-C sensor is picky so I need something that resolves perfectly.

Constraints:

Budget under $1200

Must have fast AF for gimbals

35mm or 50mm equivalent

Minimal chromatic aberration

I was looking at the Sigma 30mm 1.4 but wondering if the Sony 35mm GM is overkill for the crop sensor or if there is something even sharper out there. What is the go-to glass for max resolution on this body?

What is the absolute best zoom lens to grab for the a6700 right now? Im finally upgrading from my dusty old a6000 and I am honestly so pumped to get back into photography but I cant decide which glass to commit to.

I have been looking at two main options mostly:

Sony 16-55mm f2.8 G (kinda pricey but seems sharp)

Tamron 17-70mm f2.8 (has stabilization which sounds great)

The Tamron is cheaper and has more reach but its bigger and I'm worried about the weight since Im flying to Tokyo in three weeks for a huge trip. I have about $1100 to spend and I just want one lens that can stay on the camera the whole time for street shots and vlogging. Is the Sony worth the extra cash or is the Tamron the better bet for travel?

Honestly I am so sick of my current setup, the kit lens that came with my a6700 is just... ugh. Its driving me crazy because the photos look so soft and the power zoom is just plain annoying when Im trying to catch a quick shot.
